In our department Shop we focus entirely on the technical development of the BAUHAUS online shop using the latest technologies (Cloud, serverless and event-driven). Our goal is to create a convenient and easy shopping experience for our customers.

Your role:

• As Product Owner Search & Chat (m/f/d) you lead the full product development cycle from ideation & design to the development and continuous improvement
• To achieve your goals (OKR) you will manage your product team together with the Tech Lead (m/f/d) and inspire them with your innovative ideas
• As a product visionary with a strong customer focus, you will ensure that the business goals are achieved with the help of your product in a dynamic, agile work environment
• Through target group oriented communication you ensure a committed participation of the relevant stakeholders and work together with them on the development of a solution
   

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, (business) informatics or a comparable course of study, ideally with an affinity for IT
• At least two years of relevant professional experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d) in product-oriented software development, ideally in e-commerce
• Understanding of modern software concepts like APIs, Cloud, LLM´s especially PaaS and knowledge in modern data engineering approaches is a plus
• Good knowledge working with complex data projects. Past experience with search engines, ideally Elasticsearch is a huge plus
• Methodological skills - agility, Scrum, OKRs as wells as very good English and German language skills
