Your tasks:

  • As an employee in Process & Organizational Development you will plan, design and develop the optimization and digitalization of processes at our 160 branches in Germany
  • You will form the interface between the BAUHAUS branches and the various central departments, which you will advise on the change requirements for operational processes
  • This includes not only the analysis and evaluation of existing processes, but also the joint development of suitable options for action with the internal interfaces
  • You attach great importance to the economic analysis of the options developed, which you present clearly in a decision paper for management, taking into account innovations, technical innovations and strategic objectives
  • You will coordinate rollout plans, coordinate and hold training sessions and be an expert contact person for the branches in the event of queries regarding content 
  • During the implementation period, you will ensure process monitoring and controlling in order to identify unexpected developments at an early stage and initiate countermeasures in good time

Your profil:

  • Several years of professional experience in retail 
  • Very good understanding of processes as well as an analytical and precise approach with a focus on results-oriented work
  • An independent, structured and responsible way of working as well as a solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the common Office applications Excel and PowerPoint, as well as ideally initial experience in project management and the use of common ticket and process modeling systems
  • willingness to travel (especially our branches)
  • Good to very good knowledge of German and English
