Your role:

• As a Junior Web Analyst (m/f/d), you will support the implementation and further development of Google Analytics, Looker, and Looker Studio within the organization
• You will conduct analyses to identify optimization potential in the areas of product development, marketing, and management
• You will assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests using Optimizely to increase the conversion rate
• You will support the assurance of data quality, the creation of reports and dashboards, as well as the monitoring of relevant KPIs
• In addition, you will contribute to promoting a data-driven company culture by preparing and presenting analysis results in a clear and comprehensible way for various teams

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, statistics, marketing or a comparable background
• Initial experience with Google Analytics (GA4), tag management systems, Looker, and Looker Studio
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization, as well as initial experience using BigQuery for data analysis and integrations with visualization tools 
• Basic understanding of GA4 implementation for mobile apps (Flutter, iOS, Android) and web platforms, along with a willingness to dive deeper into topics like Firebase Analytics and custom event tracking 
• Some familiarity with data layer implementation, server-side tagging, and building reliable tracking infrastructure for web and mobile applications, or the willingness to learn these topics 
• Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in German and proficient in English
