Your role:

  • As Junior Supply Chain Manager Returns (m/f/d) you are part of the After Sales Team and support the development of the returns strategy
  • You will be proactively involved in the development and optimization of customer-centric services, such as our returns portal
  • You support the conception and implementation of preventive measures to avoid returns, further develop the classification model of returned goods and expand the resale strategy of refurbished goods
  • In day-to-day operations you monitor the KPIs and initiate internal measures to ensure compliance with the customer promise and quality standards
  • You work closely with other departments such as the E-Commerce Logistics department

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on e-commerce, logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a comparable course of study
  • At least one year of professional experience in the field of returns or project management
  • Knowledge in the cross-departmental optimization of process and information chains is an advantage
  • Good understanding of operational warehouse processes as well as logistical processes in returns handling are an advantage  
  • You are a committed team player with a customer-oriented, proactive way of working
  • You are fluent in English and ideally speak German
