Your role:

  • As a Business Analyst Online Logistics (m/f/d) you are part of the product team Transport & Warehouse Management Systems and support the technical implementation of functions and interfaces around our Transport and Warehouse Management Systems (TMS/WMS)
  • Accordingly you will receive requirements from internal teams and specialist departments, translate them into technical concepts in consultation with the product team and manage their implementation
  • The acceptance of the completed solutions as well as their handover to the operational business are also part of your area of responsibility
  • You also find innovative technical solutions for the further development of existing processes
  • You improve the monitoring capabilities of the systems and ensure that the operational business is always guaranteed
  • You will also contribute your know-how in advising the specialist departments on operational challenges

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration with a focus on IT or a comparable course of study
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst (m/f/d) in an agile environment. Experience in the omni-channel environment of a retail company is an advantage
  • Sound experience in the conception and design of solutions in the area of transport & warehouse management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills as well as independent and autonomous working style
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
